Living in Moments

Our lives take place in moments. Yet, most of us are preoccupied with past thoughts or future thoughts When we live this way, we are robbing ourselves of present moments, the very moments that make up our present lives. When we practice living in the present, our lives become richer.

For example, waking up can be a mindful event. Instead of tearing ourselves out of bed and moving forward, instead practice awareness the minute you open your eyes. Take a breath in and a breath out. Smile for the moments you are being given. Today is yours!
